Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate... perfect after being outside all day in the cold. Italian hot chocolate... that's something else altogether. Firstly, it's served in a bowl. With a spoon. Why?? Because it's thick, thick, thick. Yup, it's pure melted chocolate. Ok, I have to admit it. Chocolate lover as I am, I actually preferred the watered down American version topped with a marshmallow. I know, this is the real deal... but hot chocolate to me is a beverage. Enough said.
